Corinthians started the stronger of the two teams as they created chances early in the game. But Mullingar came into it after 10. Corinthians managed to go ahead for a second time to go 4-3 up. Mullingar had all of the possession for the last 10. The Corinthians keeper pulled of multiple saves to keep his team ahead. Mullingar unlucky not to find an equaliser as it ended 4-3.
